David Hoffer joins RCW Mirus as a Managing Director

RCW Mirus announced today that David Hoffer has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Hoffer has already successfully managed several transactions for the firm, and his addition underscores the continuing growth of RCW Mirus"s practice despite the difficult economic times. Prior to joining RCW Mirus, Hoffer ran venture-backed and non-venture-backed companies, practiced law in law firms and as in-house counsel, and served as a professional mediator as well as a technology entrepreneur.
