Senior New England Executive to join Boston Investment Bank
RCW Mirus, Boston"s leading independent investment bank since 1987, announced today that Kenneth S. Goldman has joined the firm in the role of Principal. Recently Chief Financial Officer of LODESTAR Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions to the energy market, Ken Goldman is a senior executive with over twenty years of experience.

Prior to RCW Mirus, Ken served in senior executive positions as Chief Financial Officer of a variety of businesses ranging from development stage to growth stage to the Fortune 500. As Senior Vice President and CFO of ShopLink.com, Ken was one of the first employees of this New England company that became a leading player in e-commerce retailing of groceries, household consumables and related services. While at ShopLink, Ken brought Accenture in as an equity investor. As Executive Vice President and CFO of Student Advantage, Ken assisted the NASDAQ-listed marketing, commerce, and media company complete a significant number of acquisitions, dispositions, and private placements of both debt and equity.
In addition to his most recent experience at LODESTAR, Ken has also served in senior management positions with Liberty International (a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual), MediaMap, and the real estate development firm of Goldweitz & Company. A Certified Public Accountant, Ken began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick. He is a member of Financial Executives International, as well as the AICPA and MSCPA. Ken graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Law.
